Home is getting closer!

After a few months 'hidup merantau' (living overseas la) heheh finally we're down to a first 'last' month in the UK. (yes, we have to come back in September for our final year). Nothing much has happened..except that we have to finish torrents of assignments (As usual we're the last minute type students) but im kinda proud of myself (ehhehe wont hurt right to be proud of yourself) that i finished it a lil bit early than usual :) - hmmm just in time..eheh

I have to admit that I'm into one of Malaysia's reality TV show...Akademi Fantasia (it's season five now) and believe it or not..this is the first time i follow its development and I'm kinda immersed with the student's personality and i even have a few favorites amongst them...okay..one of favorites was voted out (not enough votes) last night...so it kinda suck...but i still have two of 'em so i still have the spirit to watch the show and show my support for these two...it's weird i never actually cared about this programme before...ahahha maybe its because i have free time and then it's the only show that's closely related to home..so i just watched it (by that i mean, downloaded it) and guess what..i got hooked on it..i even planned to watch their concert if they're coming to brunei (as i said..this is not the kind of me i'm used to).

enough about that...moving on! I created a group in facebook called "Lakastah bekurapak bahasa melayu Brunei" - roughly translated lets talk Bruneian malay...my objective at the starting point was just to create a group with catchy name..but soon after i realised it...i need to develop the group in order to appreciate our mother tongue (even though i am using it here...in my own blog..doesn't mean i don't want to use it) I'm proud of my mother tongue and it's cool! and i hope that group will flourish...so far (at current time of writing this post) i have 80 members since last monday..not bad!.. ehhehe so if you're bruneian..or any malays for that matter please join that group or have a lookie-through.. :)

and today 6th may 2007 is a birthday of my housemate - Hjh Mailiza..Happy birthday! god bless you always...and be happy throughout your life..

and TODAY!!! 6th May 2007 i received a blogspot link!! guess who its from!! - its from my dear Hamizah...or Mizah..remember her? i mentioned her quite often in the early days of my blogging here...yeah..that's her..oh yea..im excited cos she's the proud owner of "From the thoughts of a girl"blog - a newly launched blog authored by her!! here's the link. enjoy it..the blog is hers and it kinda reminds me of her..she likes pink! ehhe you'll get what i mean once you read her blog..its refreshing and she's very determined once she sets her mind to something..so is it worth it to read her blog? Definitely..all blogs are worth the read...why? People put their hearts in it! and furthermore she's the first blog that link my blog!!!! how coool is that and how thoughtful!! siok eh! after this i might get even lots of readers hahahah good luck and all the best to you miz...you'll at least have me to be your reader! :)

okay..im still in bed, its sunday and im still in bed..why? i dont know...my laptop you say? how did i update my blog if im still in bed you say? its cos im in bed lying on it and typing on my laptop..hehe yea im lazy..but im entitled to it..since tomorrow will definitely be a start of my battles with examination...exam starts on 24th May...two days before my birthday!!! how sad!! hehe no worries..its okay...i'll survive..the greatest gift i got was from me!! a two way ticket from london-brunei-london..yea..nothing trumps going home!! heheh no la..birthday presents will also be greatest gifts..ehhe hint HINT HINT HINT!!!!!!!!!! ehhehe
